If a client asks about text messages they are receiving to upload documents or to log in, refer to the information below:


WFC has a feature where providers can send a text message to Clients to upload documents. AJWI'S phone number is on that text. 


Check the File Upload page in the Client Home page to see if the client uploaded documents or if they responded.


Check in with the person who is the case manager who requested the file and see if the client uploaded the correct documents. If so, close the case.


In this example, odelreal@missionhiringhall.org is the case manager who REQUESTED the file.
